We have great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the DEA40: International Conference on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to be held April 16-18, 2018 at Aston University, Birmingham, UK.
DEA was initially proposed in 1978 as a modern methodology for measuring efficiency and productivity in organisations. Since then DEA has seen exponential growth in both theoretical development and applications. Thousands of papers have been published extending the methodology to address numerous aspects of real life problems ranging from the regulation of utilities to the delivery of financial, health, education and other public and private sector services. To celebrate the success of DEA we are organizing a conference on the 40th Anniversary of the publication of the seminal paper on DEA, the first of a number of highly influential papers in the field.
The conference will provide a unique multi-disciplinary forum for government, regulators, healthcare, education institutions, and business professionals to discuss and exchange the latest research, development, applications. The program will feature applications of efficiency and productivity analysis in a number of real-life contexts including regulation, financial services, education and health services.
If you are interested to attend this conference, please submit the form below no later than 28th February 2018 to receive details about registration.
